We are looking for an outstanding team member to join our Loan Servicing team who will play a key role in developing and delivering programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members ranging from newly hired personnel to existing staff.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for new hire employees and existing team members working in Collections and Customer Service
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and developmental opportunities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metric evaluation 
  • Partner with contact center Supervisors, Managers, and QA team to drive performance and quality of serviceDesign training solutions that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and leverage current learning trends, including gamification and rich media to enhance the learner experience
  • Recommend and Implement software solutions (such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, Captivate, Toonimo or Adobe Premiere Pro) to enable efficient development of learning content 
  • Design and develop curriculum, programs, learning materials, and performance support tools from a blank slate (including self-study, classroom, and eLearning)

  • Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development, and/or instructional design, preferably in auto finance or the financial services industry
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with use of leading content creation software and platforms
  • Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred

  • Knowledge in the financial services industry with ability to understand basic financial processes across platforms
