Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Thursday 11 AM - 6 PM PT (with 30 minutes paid break)
  • Friday 12 PM - 6 PM PT (with 30 minutes paid break)
  • Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM PT (One hour unpaid break)
  • Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM PT (One hour unpaid break)
  • Monday 12 PM - 6 PM PT (with 30 minutes paid break)
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: Rest days

Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of this swim school’s daily operations. You’ll manage a diverse range of tasks, from handling customer inquiries to optimizing class schedules. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can navigate seasonal fluctuations and contribute to the school’s growth strategy. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students and potential clients, handling incoming calls, texts, and emails with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Masterfully manage class schedules, showcasing your organizational skills by proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth operations
  • Elevate the student experience by efficiently managing waitlists and promoting classes to maximize enrollment
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach
  • Utilize cutting-edge class management systems to maintain accurate records and streamline operations
  • Support various operational tasks to ensure the seamless running of the school, contributing to its overall success
  • Engage in sales calls with leads, leveraging your communication skills to convert potential clients and grow the school’s student base
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and engagingly
