Job description

Job Description:

This mission is to address the temporary peak of activities in the regulatory compliance of packaging, given the recently adopted EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). The mission is supposed to organize the change management to ensure business readiness to the new PPWR requirements, starting from the 2026-2028 horizon.   

What are we looking for?
  • 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with feed/food products and/or related product categories (such as feed/food ingredients, supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics) or in packaging compliance for the above-mentioned industries in the EU.

  • Experience in working on large-scale regulatory projects; a demonstrated track record of working successfully across functions to achieve shared goals; and proven ability to interact cross-functionally at all levels within the organization.

  • Proven ability to learn and interpret new regulations in the EU context.

  • Fluent in English. Other European language will be an asset.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Deliver RC compliance gap assessment with the PPWR, deliver the respective regulatory risk assessments.

  • Develop a change management plan to ensure compliance with the different elements of PPWR, based on the retro-planning, processes, projects and resources already established at RC.

  • Ensure timely progress for the change management initiatives where Regulatory Affairs are identified as accountable and/or responsible.

  • Establish process and ownership for the PPWR compliance dossier.

  • Coordinate development of RC technical position on the secondary legislation to PPWR within the OneMars public affairs efforts. Contribute to the OneMars PA/Regulatory Advocacy working group on PPWR.
