✅ Is that you?

4+ years of experience in IT Project Management (leading 2-3 Scrum teams of 5 -10 people)
Integration management skills and hands-on experience
Excellent knowledge of Project Management theory
Strong Scrum Master experience
Completed Scrum Master Certification
Expertise in project planning, execution, successful delivery, and requirement management
Skills in preventing issues, maintaining project schedules, and minimizing team distractions
Experience setting up custom measurements for process optimization and stability
Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

Experience in the financial domain
Mentorship experience
Virtual/remote team management experience
Experience with scaled frameworks, preferably SAFe
Strong project and risk management expertise

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll act as a PM for integrations and a Scrum Master, overseeing two distinct projects with

dedicated teams across locations.

Maintain team focus, remove distractions, and ensure deadlines are met
Implement and coach teams on Scrum practices
Lead sprint planning and coordinate technical design for sprints
Run stand-ups and facilitate Demos and Retrospectives
Monitor CI/CD, resolve blockers, manage releases
Drive continuous delivery improvements
Collaborate with Product Managers, PO, and Program Manager on scope, capacity, risks, and technical debt
Facilitate regular team touchpoints and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and meet deadlines
Understand and communicate project scope clearly to the team
Manage hiring, career growth, recruiting, and onboarding
Utilize project tracking tools (e.g., Scrum boards, epic/initiative timelines, fix versions) to monitor progress
Ensure accurate team time tracking and resource allocation
Report sprint metrics, project status, and risks to stakeholders
Address support tickets
