• Conduct workshops to understand user requirements, deliver the documentation as part of Client and design phase
• Review and design Varicent system architecture
• Design Varicent database to build commission system
• Design system integration architecture
• Build/test/deploy Varicent components including reports and integrations

1. Should play Varicent consultant role for large end-to-end implementation / legacy modernization
2. Should have experienced in gathering Varicent technical requirements, converting them into technical specifications
