Job description

Lightcast is seeking a Senior Account Manager to proactively develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role involves handling inquiries, finding solutions, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Account Renewals & Sales: Secure renewals, upsells, and rate changes by understanding client needs, providing solutions, and negotiating effectively.
  • Customer Success: Define client goals, ensure successful onboarding, measure account health, and drive product adoption.

  • Education & Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, presentation, and data analysis tools.
  • Sales prospecting, marketing, and account management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Lightcast products and services to align solutions with client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a results-driven environment.
  • Continuous learner who thrives on collaboration and achieving win-win client outcomes.
