Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, visual storytelling, or presentation design, preferably for executive-level communications.
  • Expertise in Google Slides and other presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Figma, Canva) with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma for creating custom graphics and visual assets.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and information architecture to ensure content is structured for clarity and engagement.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and data into visually engaging, easy-to-understand slides and communication materials.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, newsletters, and decks with a strong eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across different formats and communication materials.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders to refine messaging and visuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with senior executives and leadership teams, understanding their preferences and communication styles.
  • Knowledge of branding and visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enhance storytelling with data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Keynote animations) to create dynamic and engaging presentations.
  • Experience writing or editing executive-level content to complement visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or email marketing tools for designing visually appealing newsletters.
  • Background in human-centered design (HCD) or behavioral design principles, ensuring content is tailored to audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain templates, style guides, and visual frameworks to ensure consistency across presentations and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging, storytelling, and visual flow for maximum effectiveness.
  • Optimize slides and content for digital and live presentations, ensuring accessibility and a seamless experience across different formats and screen sizes.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance the visual quality and effectiveness of executive communications.
