Marketron is seeking a Programmatic Campaign Manager to join its Ad Operations team. The Programmatic Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing programmatic campaigns (display, video, geofencing, CTV/OTT, streaming audio) across multiple DSPs. They monitor key metrics for their assigned campaigns, including pacing to target budget, target margin, and KPIs including clickthrough rate (CTR) and video completion rate (VCR). Further, they act as the bridge between Ad Ops and our Client Development Managers, offering strategic insight and recommendations as needed to meet client goals. The Programmatic Campaign Manager will also work closely with our Engineering team to evolve our in-house ad management platform, NXT.
Responsibilities:
· Manage multi-channel programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, implementing optimizations and making targeting and creative recommendations as needed.
· Serve as subject matter expert for programmatic campaigns with internal stakeholders, translating complex concepts into client-facing answers.
· Work with our Engineering and Support teams to triage and troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise.
· Maintain and grow knowledge of programmatic media buying and analytics tools, including our in-house ad management platform, NXT.
· Navigate through a variety of third-party systems.
· Additional responsibilities as requested.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· 1-2 years’ experience in digital advertising or media buying
· Extreme attention to detail and time management skills.
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to both give feedback to, and receive feedback from, colleagues, superiors, and partners, in a professional manner.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Optional, but Nice to Have:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience with project management platforms such as Asana
· Experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, or Display & Video 360
