Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Google Ads Campaign Manager for our growth marketing team.
This teammate will
manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, conduct data analysis, create dashboards, and oversee ad campaigns. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll receive ongoing coaching and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.

Salary Range:  PHP 55,000 - 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
  • Send daily pacing reports to POC
  • Weekly reporting of recommendations to POC
  • Monthly reporting of insights via PPT to POC
  • Data analysis and dashboard creation
  • Ad campaign creation and management
  • Report to the Growth Marketing Manager, who will be consistently coaching, mentoring and giving you the training you need to ensure you are constantly growing and learning. You will collaborate frequently with team members on the brand, ecommerce and data teams and share ideas to continue to push multiple beauty brands forward

Requirements
  • 3+ years of Google ads campaign management experience (Search, Display, PMAX)
  • Google Broad-Match Search
  • Working / navigational knowledge of Google Analytics platform
  • Intermediate Excel / Sheets capabilities
  • Data experience for campaign review and analysis
  • Great verbal and written English communication skills
  • Collaborative and willing to listen to and try out new ideas
  • Open-minded and always asking questions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work EST


Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ecomm of beauty brands
  • Data Studio experience
  • Agency experience, or experience working with multiple brands
