Job description

Who is Levno?

Levno develops a world-leading on-farm monitoring suite that dramatically improves the efficiency and productivity of the agriculture sector. We are transforming how the sector operates by providing farmers and agribusinesses with real-time insights that allow them to operate more efficiently and sustainably.

We’re solving hard problems with a world-class team and are proud of our high-performing, positive, and inclusive culture. We’re specifically looking for people who love the idea of working in a high-growth organisation and who are as excited about our vision as we are. We want someone who can drive innovation, delve into improving inefficiencies, and challenge our existing state, whilst embodying our values of Win Together, Find a Better Way, Own the Outcome & Enjoy the Ride

About the role:

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of products to our global market. Working very closely with the SLT, you will define our Product framework and own the product roadmap for all four of our products (Milk, Fuel, Water, Feed). This is a full-time, permanent position and can either be hybrid (if you are based in or around Palmerston North) or remote (if you are based in other parts of New Zealand).

Day to day in the role, you will:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, working closely with the SLT to understand and contribute to the business strategy and discovering new opportunities for the business to grow.
  • Prioritise functionality based on customer feedback, agricultural market needs, and business goals.
  • Support the product development process, to ensure the teams you work with understand what success looks like for both customers and the business.
  • Collaborate with customer, technology, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyse product performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work on product enhancements or new functionality.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Develop customer personas and use cases to guide product development.
  • Context switch with ease; going from the farm to the boardroom.

You will have:

  • Proven product management experience across the entire product lifecycle within a SaaS environment.
  • A curious mindset - always questioning, learning, and exploring new ways to improve the product.
  • A sharp commercial mindset - connecting product decisions with business impact.
  • Ability to confidently work with the CEO and SLT.
  • Practical, pragmatic, and down to earth character.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Why join Levno?

  • Be a key member of our growing team and help shape the future of Levno as a business.
  • Remote/hybrid working options.
  • Better Me - mental and physical health benefits to use the way you choose.
  • Be part of a multi-award winning business. Grow with us and share in our success.
