Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via email, phone, and online chat.
Assist clients and candidates with platform navigation, application processes, and general inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating where necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as document management and data entry.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
