Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients in German via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and friendly assistance
  • Address client inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring all questions are answered

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery
  • Remain updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information
  • Participate in training programs to continually develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service or client representation is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools is an advantage
