Job Summary/Objective:
The Solutions Sales Director is a highly specialized role focused on driving sales and adoption of the company's solutions and services. The role requires a subject-matter expert with industry credibility, capable of engaging high-profile clients and senior executives. The Solutions Sales Director is responsible for identifying and developing industry partnerships, securing future project awards, and maintaining excellent cross-functional relationships within the company. This role involves a high degree of entrepreneurial and mission-oriented focus, operating with significant autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand complex requirements of commercial construction projects and demonstrate a proven track record of success.
• Focus on selling the value of solutions to end-user targets and identifying opportunities for integrated solutions and components.
• Set, negotiate, and finalize highly specialized contracts with clients.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for specific solutions, providing specialized insight and guidance to the broader sales team.
• Identify and develop industry partnerships to offer comprehensive solutions and mitigate gaps.
• Maintain excellent cross-functional relationships within the company, achieving buy-in at all levels.
• Secure the company's position for future project awards with key customers.
• Engage directly with high-profile clients, interfacing with senior executives within the organization and at client companies.
• Manage post-sale customer relationships, including solution implementation, client training, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to continually refine solution offerings and post-sale strategies.
