Business Manager at CSM Technologies

Location: Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna

Salary : INR 1,800,000 to INR 2,000,000 Per year

Exp : 10 to 15 years

Classification: All - Finance / Accounts / Investment Banking

Job Description

 To create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business

 To manage the IT sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met

 To achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets

 To generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories

 To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

 To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business

 To work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets

 To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.

 To participate in pricing of the solution/service.

 To travel across locations (Domestic & International) for client visits.

Candidate Profile

 Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes

 Should have effective exposure to Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales, Software Sales (Not into Hardware Sales)

 Should have proven track record of successful sales in the Government Sector / Depts.

 Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
