Senior Recruiter

Location and Workplace: Philippines, Remote work set-up

Shift Schedule: Night Shift, Monday-Friday 9PM to 6AM

Salary: Up to PHP 40,000

GoTeam is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Key Duties:

Recruitment Strategy Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market

Sourcing and Candidate Management

• Source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process

Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Offer guidance on best practices for selection and onboarding processes.

Recruitment Operations and Metrics

• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate documentation and reporting
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the hiring process

Employer Branding and Team Development

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters, fostering growth within the recruitment team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a senior or specialized role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
