RemoteWe are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst to join our digital organization, supporting SAP ERP projects focused on acquisitions and divestitures. In this pivotal role, you will support end user training and training material development.
Your expertise in process design, system configuration, and operational planning will be key to streamlining our procure-to-pay operations and enabling data-driven decision-making. Strong executive communication skills are essential, as you will regularly engage with leadership to align strategic direction, execution, and timelines.
** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **
What YOU will do:
Work and lead the Supply Chain efforts in small SAP ERP projects enabling acquisitions and divestitures.
Provides solution support, working collaboratively with business partners and DT to complete projects.
Provide guidance to project team regarding data, processes and procedures ensure business continuity as systems change.
Support end user training and training material development.
Support data extracts and data loads as well as validations and transformations.
May be responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project as they are implemented.
Facilitate complex business process decisions that at times will span multiple functional areas.
Will cover direct & indirect procurement, vendor master management, strategic and tactical sourcing and supplier contract management.
Transactional systems will include SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, SAP SNC, custom supplier portals.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
Subject matter expert in direct procurement with end user focus and a technical background
Experience working with SAP ERP Implementations and support with MM module
Experience working in a service-delivery role in a business-critical environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical concepts and ideas
Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
Ability to understand business processes and bridge them to systems implementations. Own and drive process project schedules and deliverables that support the schedule. Identify and mitigate risks, close functional gaps, and ensure a successful, sustainable implementation
Must be willing and able to travel domestic and internationally 20-25% of the time

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
