Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) 
Location: Remote (EST Hours) 
Reports To: VP Finance

Position Summary 

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support our Sales and Delivery teams within our professional services organization. This role will play a pivotal part in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis, helping drive business performance. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, is an Excel wizard, and possesses a strong mix of intellectual curiosity, humility, energy, and a hunger to learn and grow.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. 
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze revenue, margins, and operational efficiency. 
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. 
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving data-backed decision-making. 
  • Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and resource allocation for client engagements. 
  • Automate and optimize financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to support business initiatives. 
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic projects as needed. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or FP&A. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with financial modeling. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. 
  • Highly energetic, intellectually curious, humble, and eager to learn. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, supporting EST hours.
