Job description

Hello potential future Oatly employee. It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 30 or so years ago.

With that, let’s talk about the role.


The Role

Oatly Ireland has just been set up. Our team is few in numbers but big in impact. This role will support the sales team to keep them focused on selling, the role will also play a key role in solving supply chain problems when they arise.

  • Managing the administration related to commercial activities with the large grocery, convenience, and wholesale customers in Ireland – including promotional submissions, new line form submissions, managing invoice queries.
  • Support our supply chain colleagues when issues arise with inbound/outbound stock.
  • Support the running of our office in Dublin.
  • Support with ad-hoc queries that face the team.

Who You Are

If the below sounds like you, we'd love to see an application:

  • You have proven, in-depth experience in FMCG commercial administration in Ireland – and be familiar with how the Grocery industry works from a trading perspective.
  • You must be a blackbelt in document organisation – keeping track of records in this area is important!
  • You’ve already got plenty of experience in FMCG and know your stuff – you’re looking to bring that expertise to a brand new mission based brand in Ireland. You’re excited about bringing your existing skillset and ability to somewhere that needs it.
  • You're extremely confident using the standard software tools (Microsoft Office, etc...)
  • We're setting up the company in Ireland, so not everything will run smoothly as we figure things out – so you're comfortable getting stuck in with mild levels of disorder (and even better if you can put improvements in place!).
