Your role at Barracuda

Barracuda Networks is recruiting for an Analyst, AMER Sales Operations. This is a critical hands-on role supporting our next phase of accelerated growth. You will be part of the AMER sales operations team and partner with the AMER sales team, to drive operational excellence, design and implement processes and support the broader Sales Operations team (Processes and Systems, Compensation and Commissions, etc.). You will work on AMER sales planning, forecasting, reporting, compensation planning & quota setting whilst having a keen eye on improving sales process and driving responsible sales growth.
 
This role will be a member of the AMER Sales Operations Team and will report to the Director, AMER Sales Operations.

What you will be working on

  • Support the execution of the AMER team plans from a process and policy standpoint
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce to ensure hygiene and compliance
  • Develop and deliver accurate, actionable reports and dashboards to provide insights for the sales team
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle lengths
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and performance, identifying areas for improvement across the sales funnel
  • Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement where applicable
  • Support the monthly close process and exception handling
  • Support the planning, territory design, and quota setting process
  • Support the preparation of periodic reviews like QBRs, monthly reviews, performance management meetings, pipeline and forecasting
  • Support sales enablement initiatives, working with sales leadership and sales enablement to ensure needs of sales teams and partners are fulfilled
  • Manage the evaluation of monthly channel performance and associated rebates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commissions, Legal to support the rhythm of the business
  • Manage the Sales Operations queue
  • Occasional travel may be required
 
What you will bring to the role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience, in an operational role supporting sales.
  • Operational experience in an industry which is confronted with multidimensional customer, channel, or market models; previous experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • A demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Salesfoce.com preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; previous Power Bi and Clari experience is an advantage
  • A passion for process improvement
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
