Your role in helping us shape the future:

U.S. News empowers everyone to thrive. As a Sales Operations Analyst in our Education Vertical, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to optimize our sales and marketing processes and identify opportunities for revenue growth. You will develop a strong and collaborative partnership with key stakeholders ranging from sales, marketing, product and engineering to C-level executives at US News.

Are you up to the challenge?

• Data analysis: Evaluating and organizing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
• Reporting: Creating sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and guide sales strategy
• Forecasting: Doing sales forecasts and budget planning. Presenting business recommendations based on data insights and industry trends.
• CRM system maintenance: Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system, building custom reports and dashboards. Working closely with individual business units to support their needs
  
  
  

You should definitely have:

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience maintaining and optimizing CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with statistical methods for evaluating success with a track record of doing so within one or many business units
• Strong communication skills and comfort with managing stakeholders across an array of business units, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering
