Senior Brand Designer

Position Summary:

As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be part of shaping Bentley’s visual identity across every touchpoint—from digital to physical, from marketing campaigns to product experiences. You’ll bring strategic thinking and world-class craft to the table, helping to define and evolve a brand that’s distinctive, inspiring, and deeply connected to our purpose.
We’re looking for someone who will help redefine the future of our branding with bold, imaginative thinking. You’ll lead by example, inspiring others to challenge convention, push their limits, and deliver extraordinary results. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to shape what’s next.
You’ll collaborate with marketers, digital designers, product designers, writers, and UX to create work that doesn’t just look great—it resonates. Whether it’s crafting a social campaign, or evolving part of our core brand system, you’ll play a key role in making Bentley one of the most recognized and admired brands in tech.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Develop and Refine Brand Guidelines – Continuously evolve and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Lead Design Strategy Sessions – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design strategies that align with the brand’s goals, vision, and messaging.
  • Create Engaging Visual Assets – Design compelling visuals for digital and print, including websites, social media, event branding, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee Brand Campaigns – Lead the creative direction and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Mentor Junior Designers – Provide guidance and feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping them grow their skills and align with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to ensure all design assets align with broader business goals.
  • Present Design Concepts to Stakeholders – Articulate and present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, while taking constructive feedback into account.
  • Pushing Creative Boundaries – Incorporate innovative design tools like AI coding (Generative Design) to continuously elevate and evolve the brand’s visual identity.
  • Bridging Strategy and Creativity – Craft compelling presentations with a clear narrative, connecting strategic insights to creative outcomes.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, or visual design (agency or in-house).
  • Exceptional visual storyteller with a portfolio that showcases thoughtful, beautifully executed brand work.
  • A deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and design systems. • A strategic mindset—you can translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment where creativity and speed go hand in hand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Team player.
  • Passionate about technology and its ability to shape the future.
  • Software: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bonus: Motion, 3D tools, Coding tools, Glyphs (Custom typography).
