ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking an experienced ABM Manager to develop and execute our account-based marketing strategy on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in driving our enterprise expansion, working directly with our CMO, CRO, and their teams to create and implement targeted campaigns for key accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development & Planning
- Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategy for target accounts
- Develop account selection methodology, tiering criteria, and key monitoring signals in partnership with sales
- Create channel strategy and tactical marketing approaches
- Integrate ABM initiatives with existing marketing programs
Program Execution
- Lead account research and insights gathering with SDR team
- Design and orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns
- Develop custom content strategy and execution
- Develop and optimize sales outreach sequences for different customer segments
- Develop and maintain sales pitch decks and talking points
- Plan and oversee virtual events and webinars
- Plan and oversee executive event strategy, including (Quarterly salon-style dinner series across US locations, Executive coach-led discussions, Vendor sourcing and management)
- Execute campaigns using our marketing technology stack
- Coordinate with existing agency partners for content, creative, and paid media
Required ExperienceProven track record in B2B ABM strategy and executionExperience targeting enterprise buyers including:CHROs and L&D leadersFunctional leaders across departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)Experience with Marketo and SalesforceStrong project management capabilitiesExperience designing and managing executive-level event programsDemonstrated success coordinating with multiple agency partnersAbility to travel quarterly for executive events across US and for Torch company retreatsPreferred QualificationsExperience in leadership development, coaching, HR tech, or related B2B industriesExperience with: Intent data platforms (e.g., Bombora), Sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft), LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads
