Reports to: Vice President of Finance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all providers regarding compensation. Manage calculation and communication of provider’s compensation based off of varying contracts and regulatory requirements, including monthly and quarterly calculations for delivery to payroll and individual providers.
  • Calculate and provide payroll with any monthly or quarterly office bonus programs, included but not limited to retail sales incentives and aesthetician commissions
  • Prepare Provider Compensation Profiles for COO review
  • Partner with Recruiting, Operations, and HR on compensation modeling for recruiting targets
  • Lead monthly accounting provider on-boarding and status meeting
  • Maintain master provider compensation schedule
  • Complete accrual calculation and prepare journal entry related to provider compensation as part of month-end close
  • Model provider compensation for business development deals
  • Prepare monthly provider deficit reporting and break-even analysis
  • Take ownership of FP&A reporting for delivery to operations, including:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Finance / Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 2 -3 years of dedicated financial analysis of multi-state/site operations
  • Physician Compensation and Physician Practice Management experience preferred
  • 2-5 years Exposure in Healthcare required
  • Provider Employment Contract knowledge
  • Strong skills in Excel required
