About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and build our sales organization. As the sales leader, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in early-stage companies. You will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives.
Establish and manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize revenue generation.
Develop and implement sales tools and technologies to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of sales metrics.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience in Fintech is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
Base Salary: $140,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $280,000 (50/50 split)
Commission: A competitive commission plan based on team revenue targets, with accelerators for exceeding targets. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
