Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data entered in the multiple systems, and assists with tasks including analysis, testing, documentation, problem resolution, decision making, and implementation of solutions and enhancements related to specified department and organization strategy. Assists with report development, data analysis/validation and maintenance for all reporting. Promotes and develops continuous improvement of System Services Operations through development of strong data analytics.

Job Duties:

  • Develops a strong understanding and support of assigned systems, applications, reports and projects and awareness of future enhancements and their impacts.
  • Provides direction and education as necessary to system users and staff members.
  • Ensures accuracy and validity of data used in all reports and analysis.
  • Assumes responsibility for data extraction, manipulation, interpretation, analysis and translation to various external departments and internal staff members.
  • Recommends additional data, databases or reports that support process reliability and lean principle improvement initiatives, as well as system quality reporting outcomes.
  • Investigates and analyzes complex data sources and develops reports to integrate, extract and present data for best results using tools.
  • Performs analysis and creates graphical presentations of data results.
