Argano’s Client Success/Client Partner Vice President (VP) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic clients, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and engagement. This role acts as a trusted advisor, connecting key clients with Argano’s Salesforce Revenue Cloud products and solutions supporting revenue transformation that addresses client needs and grows business revenue. Additionally, this position develops and matures relationships with major strategic clients and manages the executive client’s account(s). They set high level goals and work closely with executive leadership to drive the company's growth and profitability through client relationships by providing and optimizing solutions through technical and professional services. The Client Success VP ensures the long-term sustainability and profitability of the client success initiative by connecting with their business requirements and carefully monitoring each step of their journey and proposing Argano based solutions.

The Client Success VP is accountable for driving new business opportunities within existing key accounts by tapping into Argano’s comprehensive offerings to maximize revenue growth. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales and delivery teams to grow our Salesforces practice.

Key responsibilities include strategic client management, developing tailored initiatives and campaigns to uncover revenue-generating opportunities, and positioning Argano as a trusted partner. The Client Success VP will play a critical role in aligning client goals with Argano’s solutions, delivering measurable outcomes, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive sustainable success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Serves as the primary liaison for key accounts, cultivating strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across all levels.
  • Partners with clients to understand their unique challenges, goals, and opportunities, while aligning and developing Salesforce solutions to address the clients’ objectives.
  • Works with clients to develop and implement long-term strategies for achieving business goals, ensuring alignment with Argano’s products and solutions.
  • Conducts regular strategic business reviews to showcase Argano’s value, identify new opportunities, and address evolving client needs.
  • Ensures clients receive the best treatment and experience possible by proactively addressing concerns, implementing new policies or promotions, and tailoring engagements to meet their goals.
  • Acts as the client’s advocate within Argano, collaborating across business units to deliver comprehensive, results-oriented solutions.
  • Provides insights on client needs, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform internal strategies and development efforts.

Collaboration with Sales Teams

  • Works closely with sales teams to align on sales strategies, identify opportunities, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Influences and drives sales and account teams to expand revenue streams within strategic accounts without direct managerial oversight.
  • Acts as a bridge between sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions that maximize client outcomes.
  • Develops and nurture the Salesforce Partnership channel and is the resident Revenue Cloud expert.

Client Retention & Growth

  • Develops new strategies for client retention, opportunity growth, and increasing brand awareness.
  • Identifies and executes strategies for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Builds client loyalty by ensuring successful adoption of Argano’s offerings and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Drives client retention by ensuring successful adoption and value realization of Argano’s offerings, leveraging metrics to monitor and improve client engagement.
  • Creates client loyalty by making client interactions valuable and meaningful, fostering long-term partnerships.

Operational Excellence

  • Identifies and drives initiatives to uncover new revenue-generating and marketing opportunities within existing clients.
  • Tracks and reports on account performance, client health metrics, and revenue impact using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Uses data-driven insights to learn about past and current client engagement and inform strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Identifies client needs and recommends appropriate solutions based on product knowledge, industry trends, and client feedback.
  • Shares client success updates with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and delivery, to align efforts and maximize results.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sale, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA, or relevant master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, client success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • 7+ years partnering with clients driving growth of Salesforce tools (e.g. Revenue Cloud).
  • Proficient in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Lifecycle Management and similar revenue transformation technology solutions.
  • Prior experience selling Salesforces solutions across multiple industries.
  • A track record of driving client retention and revenue growth within a matrixed organization or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Prior experience managing complex client portfolios and aligning solutions across multiple business units.
  • Experience in sales and client success/account management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate across multiple business units.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level client stakeholders.
