Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a Client Success Manager with experience in Amazon PPC and/or DSP advertising to manage relationships with existing clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering monthly reports, offering strategic recommendations, and ensuring campaign performance meets client expectations through consistent communication and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Monthly Performance Reports: Provide clients with detailed insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Track key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and make adjustments to meet client goals.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and technical inquiries.
  • New Client Launches: Collaborate with the launch team to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Campaign Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing online advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC or DSP preferred; Google Ads or Facebook Ads also relevant).
  • Client relationship management experience: Ability to maintain client satisfaction through clear, proactive communication.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills: Experience generating and presenting performance reports.
  • Understanding of eCommerce KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central Ads Platform, Excel/Google Sheets, and Gmail.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Amazon DSP (not required but preferred).
  • Strong project/campaign management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
