  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support preparation of content for Executive discussions and decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives across technical processes, workflows, and systems to empower and enable scaling.
  • Work with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various partners and stakeholders across Cisco and Splunk.
  • Identify and communicate insights to stakeholders, including Products Leadership.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fluid team environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and asynchronously across disparate time zones.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with SalesForce, CRM and ERP systems and experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
