Summary:
In this role you will, join our MarketPulse team, working to commercialize the largest medical device and pharmaceutical purchase data sets in the U.S. for life science companies and financial services firms. You will create, deliver, and lead data and insights for medical device and pharma categories to internal and external audiences. You will work with suppliers which will include interactions with strategy, marketing and sales operations users and use cases.
Responsibilities:
Build, synthesize and translate data into market, competitive and customer insights.
Manage quality of medical device and pharma transaction level data utilizing quantitative and qualitative aptitude.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal colleagues and customers, improving customer engagement and value.
Create knowledge mapping to enhance the efficiency and usefulness of medical device and pharmaceutical datasets.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and help implement solutions.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant work experience required.
Experience analyzing large health care (claims, clinical, supplier and economic) data sets required.
Ability to translate complex technical language clearly and concisely needed.
Proficient programming experience using Python/R/SQL a plus.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $194,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
