What you will do:
The REVENOS Manager- Relocation will be responsible for supporting all operations, growth, and productivity aspects of eXp Relocation Division in REVENOS & Affiliated Services by helping build and manage Standard Operating Procedures, working with our Brokers, Agents, corporate clients, and all other eXp operational staff and initiatives.
The REVENOS Manager- Relocation will also work closely with our Brokers and Agents to help support the growth of our eXp Relocation business across eXp globally. This individual will collaborate with the Sr. Director, Global Relocation for all growth and operational business and initiatives to ensure alignment.
Additional responsibilities include ongoing development of brokers, agents, and staff by supporting training and client engagement events which includes supporting compliance at the state level for all Affinity and Relocation business.
This person will have an exceptional track record as a multistate supervisor while possessing project management and operations expertise while running an Affinity and Relocation business in a real estate brokerage at a national level. They must be a “people-person” but also possess the ability to implement systems and scale business nationally. The selected candidate must have the ability to work directly with corporate clients and build long-standing relationships in the Affinity and Relocation industries.
Ensures that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to Brokers and Agents in their representation of corporate clients and customers.
Ensures that eXp delivers exceptional customer service to our Affinity and Relocation customers and corporate clients to exceed their expectations.
Lead, support, and manage Brokers, agents, and other state staff in delivering exceptional real estate services to our corporate clients.
Ability to work with corporate clients and our agents and help support the growth of new business through operational excellence and relationship building.
Track and report utilization of tool metrics to Sr Director, Global Relocation and Vice President-REVENOS & Affiliated Services.
Ability to carry a caseload of Affinity and/or RELOCATION files and do an outstanding job in delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and customers.
Support achievement of Affinity and Relocation brokerage goals for agent and client retention, growth, and new opportunities.
Follow the eXp Risk Management Program and provide risk management tools to eXp brokers and agents.
Support the growth and outstanding performance of eXp’s relationship with Affinity and Relocation corporate clients.
Work with Sr Director, Global Relocation to manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual Affinity and Relocation operations manuals at the state and national levels.
Support innovation in how the company can efficiently assist its growing national agent base in terms of brokerage operations.
Support the Growth and Productivity teams by ensuring that state brokers are available to positively engage with prospective agents who are interested in joining eXp relative to Affinity and RELOCATION business.
Support the growth of Affinity and Relocation business opportunities throughout the organization.
Must be a Team Player and be willing to work outside the normal 9-5pm business hours to meet client needs.
Ensure and follow all national, federal, and state laws ensuring total compliance of all real estate transactions under REVENOS.
How you will grab our attention:
WERC Designation(s) CRP or GMS strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of eRelocation software is required.
An active real estate license.
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience.
3-6 years experience.
Master's degree preferred.
5+ years experience in real estate in the Referral/RELOCATION industry.
Hold an active real estate license with continuing education credits in real estate, management preferred.
Proven track record of leadership working with Brokers, Agents, and corporate clients in the Affinity and RELOCATION industry.
Ability to work with and motivate others, including a track record of developing Brokers and Agents while maintaining a high standard of employee and corporate client relationships.
Demonstrated proficiency in technology and Cloud-based technology.
Experience in a startup company or rapidly growing organization is a plus!
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization and with corporate clients.
Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, support change, and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals.
Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency.
Possess the highest degree of integrity.
Willingness and ability to travel.
