SUMMARY
SQUIRE is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing Demand Generation team!
In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in creativity, strategic thinking, multi-channel marketing, demand generation, lead funnel management, and communication skills to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth, build pipeline and achieve revenue objectives.
You will own strategic campaign execution, end-to-end campaign enablement, pipeline management and data-driven campaign insights through email and nurturing programs, lead qualification, consideration tool development, landing page optimization and gifting campaigns. You’ll look to drive high-value opportunities and grow our database of qualified prospective customers. You should have solid experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools and have experience with lead qualification, attribution and routing rules. You should also have a creative, innovative approach anchored in an obsession with analytics.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Strategy: Identify themes, opportunities, and ICP audiences for high-performance campaigns. Develop and facilitate multi-channel campaign strategies to attract and engage high-quality leads, ensuring alignment with pipeline objectives and growth marketing targetsCampaign Management: Lead campaign management for both inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, kick-off, coordination, and alignment of all teams involved. Conduct campaign retrospectives to evaluate successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvementLead Nurturing: Build and optimize automated nurturing campaigns to drive prospective customers down the decision funnel to close, optimizing lead conversion at every stageAnalytics & Reporting: Establish KPIs to track and report on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact. Measure efficacy of demand generation nurture programs to improve performance. Test, experiment, and innovate to improve pipeline velocity and uncover new opportunities for growthCollaboration & Enablement: Work with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations and the marketing team to execute large-scale demand and lead generation programs and pilot new marketing campaign initiatives. Partner with the Brand and Product Marketing teams to develop and deliver creative assets, including landing pages, emails, and product contentMarketing Automation & Technology: Demonstrate expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure proper setup, deployment, and tracking of campaigns and nurture flows. Develop the operating model, data strategy, and measurement framework (in partnership with Marketing Operations) to optimize the funnel effectively
