We’re looking for a dynamic leader to supervise campaign execution and drive operational excellence. As the Senior Manager, Campaign Operations, you will play a critical role in optimizing multi-channel marketing programs and driving operational effectiveness for the Americas Digital Experience Marketing organization.
This role requires an individual who can design and implement strategic solutions, champion collaboration with stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team. You will actively mentor campaign operations specialists, address technical challenges with partner teams, and provide operational guidance that aligns with organizational goals.
With a focus on innovation and results, you will enhance campaign operations processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing programs. This is your opportunity to make a substantial impact on Adobe’s “for business” marketing efforts.
Drive the development, execution, and continuous optimization of Marketo and other marketing automation platform programs, workflows, and assets to achieve revenue goals.
Lead a global event demand generation operational strategy, ensuring the integration of data and technology into user experience flows to drive registration, virtual session engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Provide campaign governance and strategic guidance, focusing on process growth, efficiency, and scalability as well as audience management and email prioritization to limit audience saturation and messaging overlap.
Build strong partnerships with digital/demand, field, campaign and inside sales functions by offering deep partnership, strategic consultation, and actionable insights.
Establish and ensure adherence to campaign operations processes in the region, including SLAs, quality assurance, and governance standards.
Maintain the relationship with external agencies/vendors for campaign execution, ensuring flawless collaboration with the Campaign Operations team and Marketers to drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure the successful deployment of campaigns.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
8+ years in marketing and operations, with proven expertise in Marketo, customer data platforms, workflow automation, journey orchestration and CRM tools
Ability to work cross-functionally with global marketing and sales, creative, web, and other relevant teams
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,800 -- $240,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
