Your mission
As part of our dynamic Business Unit B2B within the Product & Growth department, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with B2B Â partners. Youâll support the smooth integration and ongoing management of our partner network, contributing directly to the success and growth of IONITY's partnerships and reputation. Your work will span data management, proactive partner communication, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our partners have the support they need to thrive. This is a part-time opportunity of 20 hours per week.

- Manage and optimize partner data within our CRM system to ensure efficient, accurate records.
- Oversee daily operations of partner accounts, ensuring smooth management and collaboration.
- Proactively engage with new partnership opportunities and manage incoming collaboration requests.
- Resolve technical, legal, and financial issues promptly, ensuring seamless partner experience.
- Provide clear, professional communication via our B2B mailbox to foster strong and positive relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure aligned, effective partner support.
