The Red Hat Ecosystem Sales team is looking for a Partner Account Manager to join us in Beijing.
The OEM PAM representative at Red Hat is responsible for driving sales and establishing strategic partnerships with OEM partners. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Red Hat's product offerings and solutions.
What you will do
- Work closely with OEM partners to develop strategic account plans to grow the adoption of Red Hat's solutions through these companies
- Based on APAC and GCG business target, achieve OEM business targets
- Extend Local OEM partnerships and drive the innovation business
- Manage and lead internal Red Hat's associates, primarily solutions architects, consultants, and inside sales representatives, to support sales and account expansion efforts with OEM parters
- Create contracts with key stakeholders to promote new solutions with partners
- Provide sales support to partner sales teams through training, customer visits, technical, and administrative information, demonstrations, and customer price quotes on our offerings
- Create strategic and tactical plans for new business development while leading the extended Sales team in using these plans to maximize revenue and growth
- Develop sustainable revenue across technology lines
- Understand partner business and technology needs and communicate them to executives
What you will bring
- Have channel sales management, 15-20 years work experience
- Ability to grow ecosystem in multi-product company
- Have hybrid cloud business development experience and the business good result
- Solutions driving ability and the related business achievements
- High level influence and go2MkT, contributing to the significant revenue
- Experience ensuring results through business partners and the ability to inspire partner executive trust
- Working well in heavily matrixed environments
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Entrepreneurial spirit
It will be a plus to have
- Experience building strategic relationships and developing the business with partners
- Ability to translate partner business needs into joint solutions and manage those initiatives
- Have IT technical or consulting and project management background
