Our partner company is an internal business service center of a multinational corporation, providing global support to its parent company with IT, financial, and HR solutions. Its mission is to enhance efficiency, develop digital infrastructure, and ensure compliance with security regulations. The company focuses on sustainability, innovation, and global operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the configuration and management of Information Management and Compliance processes within the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring a secure and compliant operational framework.
Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to Microsoft 365 data privacy, security incidents, compliance initiatives, and ongoing operational activities, such as monitoring and enhancing Security and Compliance scores,
Ensure adherence to corporate security and compliance protocols, including handling Data Access requests, Insider data access, and enforcing retention policies,
Conduct quarterly Enterprise Governance and Risk assessments, collaborating with process owners to address any gaps identified through audits, evaluations, or internal reviews,
Maintain and update business continuity strategies and associated documentation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem,
Foster strong, cooperative relationships with internal teams and business stakeholders to support compliance and information management goals.
Requirements
Required qualifications and skills:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in information management, data governance, or compliance, specifically within a Microsoft 365 environment,
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience,
Certification in Microsoft 365, specializing in information management and security, such as Microsoft Certified Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate,
Demonstrated expertise in managing information within the M365 environment,
Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and data protection legislation,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail,
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and support colleagues,
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
