Job Title: HR Manager (Internal)

Rate: Php 357.14 per hour (Php 60k per month)

Work Type: Fulltime 

Working Hours: AZ Time 


Job Responsibilities: 


  • Prepare the employment contract.

  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding sessions to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

  • Address employee concerns and conflicts.

  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment.

  • Set performance goals and objectives for employees.

  • Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain employee records and handle legal documentation.

  • Handle employee termination processes in accordance with laws.

  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Conduct surveys to assess employee morale and make improvements.

  • Promote a positive company culture.

  • Provide HR-related data and insights to senior management.

  • Participate in workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.

  • Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with laws.​


Requirements and skills
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results driven

  • Proven experience in HR management, typically 3-5 years.

  • Can be flexible in case there's a need to onboard a candidate ASAP.​

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

  • Organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll tools).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Empathy and a strong ability to work with diverse teams.

  • Leadership and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
