Job Description & Summary
IT Service desk is a key function in providing 1st level support to end users on issues and requests relating to IT.
Under general supervision, the IT support agent’s primary responsibility is to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems, and to provide personal support services. If contacted personally, the agent is responsible for recording the details of reported IT service issues and service requests, and working to either restore service as quickly as possible, analyze and/or escalate them to the appropriate specialist IT support groups. The position requires technical troubleshooting abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Record the details of reported IT service issues or service requests, and work to either restore/provide service as quickly as possible, or analyze and/or escalate them to the appropriate specialist support groups
Support technical issues with laptops, tablets, workstation devices, mobile devices, printers, and software
Support office equipment like printers, scanners, LCDs, security systems
Prepare computers and accessories for end-users
Actively communicate and cooperate with relevant IT Service teams in order to resolve issues
Participate in staff training and awareness sessions
Other local support duties as assigned
Requirements:
Technical mindset with an interest in IT
Strong written and verbal communication in both Lithuanian and English
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with focus on listening and questioning
Effective multitasking and task prioritization
Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a large tech team
Familiarity with modern technologies is a plus

The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1500 to 1800 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
