Location: Remote with travel to Philly Office

Product Brand Manager – Field Engagement – Channel Lead 

This is a key role embedded in the Product HCP Marketing Team reporting to the Director HCP Marketing. 

 Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Brand lead on all Field Communications including creation (co-creation with content owners), through deployment to field teams. 
  • Brand lead on Sales Deployment team that serves as “air traffic control” on any activity or communication touching the field sales teams. 
  • Brand lead for all HCP print materials, inventory management, re-order, and primary point of contact for print vendors.  Collaboration with DTC team on consumer print materials including order quantity, inventory, and re-order. 
  • Channel Lead for Health Systems strategy development and alignment to overall brand strategy. 
  • Ownership for creation of field assets to be utilized in the health systems segment with a primary target of Population-based Decision Makers.  Examples include ownership of PBDM Engagement Deck and all associated assets, Coverage Finder Website, etc.  
  • Brand lead for deployment of HCP digital assets in partnership with GSK Marketing Operations Center. 
  • Brand lead for field engagement beyond VBU to include Market Access, Oncology, AIR, etc. 
  • Brand lead for Adult Portfolio Champions field advisory board. 
  • Brand lead for communications and alignment with Field Vice President brand point, along with entire Field Vice President team.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 or more years in pharmaceutical sales & marketing
  • Experience with development of brand strategy
  • Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting
