About Drop

Drop is a cross-chain liquid staking protocol for Interchain assets, backed by Lido. Led by former contributors to Lido and P2P, Drop is on a mission to unlock the nascent power of billions of dollars of liquidity now frozen in traditional staking across Celestia, Cosmos Hub, and other IBC-enabled chains. Built on Neutron, Drop is creating a tightly integrated ecosystem around secure liquid staking assets, using its unique cross-chain smart contract architecture to enable innovative use cases and high-yield strategies for users.

About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of Web3, staking, and DeFi in general, with a strong ability to communicate product features, updates, and roadmap milestones across various channels. You will take ownership of Drop’s Twitter (X) and YouTube strategy, work closely with product and development teams, and ensure our messaging is aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own product content execution for major releases, including new features, integrations, and TGE-related communications.
  • Continuously analyze user engagement and feedback, iterating on messaging and positioning based on data insights.
  • Lead product messaging efforts, ensuring clarity and consistency across all external communications.
  • Work closely with product, BD, and ecosystem teams to support strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Become a trusted content lead who executes independently.
    • Take ownership of Drop’s Twitter (X) and YouTube content strategy and execution.
    • Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring engagement and alignment with the brand narrative.
    • Proactively seek input from internal stakeholders while driving the process forward autonomously.
  • Be the go-to person for marketing & engagement.
    • Engage with the community and ecosystem players, ensuring real-time participation in industry discussions.
    • Improve communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.


      Requirements
  • Be a native Twitter user who is passionate about creating engaging content, understands the space deeply and engages naturally with the community
  • Have a deep understanding of the ecosystem, staying updated on trends and key players
  • Show proactivity and creativity in developing and executing content strategies
  • Bring personal experience using Twitter, not just an interest in the space, but a true passion and/or connection to Drop’s mission
  • Be a team player, collaborating closely with the marketing and extended team to ensure max impact and creativity
