Associate Software Consultant – (SAAS)

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of PairSoft software for clients.
• Support Project Managers and Lead Consultants in executing implementation plans.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure successful software configuration.
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to help clients maximize software capabilities.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and system validation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of implementation processes and client interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience or coursework in software implementation, business applications, or IT support is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based software, databases, or ERP/financial system is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the role.
