This is a remote position.
- Own and optimize sales funnel processes, including hands-on prospect list creation, email sequencing, and CRM data reporting.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Training teams to ensure sales reps have the right tools, resources, and collateral to engage prospects effectively.
- Track and analyze daily sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and summarizing findings for senior sales leadership.
- Monitor and report on weekly quota attainment and daily progress metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training/coaching programs and unit training to enhance sales rep performance.
- Create and manage a structured onboarding program to ensure new hires ramp up successfully.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine onboarding materials and training methodologies.
- Develop and implement ongoing coaching initiatives to drive sustained improvement across the team.
