This role will report to the Global Head of Paid Social Media and work closely with our External Relations, Digital Communications, Corporate Communications and Marketing teams- as well as listed clients - to manage Nasdaq’s paid social media strategy across multiple platforms.

We are looking for someone who will bring an entrepreneurial mentality to the role as a natural leader, networker and self-starter, and a high level of experience and comfort with leading and navigating different personalities and team dynamics.

The Role

Nasdaq is seeking a talented Paid Social Campaign Manager to help create and optimize campaigns across our global markets in addition to taking the lead on audience creation. A successful candidate will have a consistent track record of campaign and audience setup mastery, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize. In addition, excellent analytical, communication, and organizational leadership skills; sound judgment; and a passion for the ever-evolving world of paid social media and digital marketing.

You will spearhead the seamless execution of campaign setup and management, guiding initiatives from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will entail gathering comprehensive briefs and essential campaign information, meticulously setting up and quality assuring campaigns, and engaging with marketers to secure approval through sending preview links. Moreover, as a custodian of audience creation, you will play a pivotal role in curating target audiences alongside marketing teams, devising efficient strategies for engagement, and sculpting custom audience segments using both in-platform data and external sources. This dynamic position also calls for close collaboration with the Paid Social Media Account Manager and the Global Head of Paid Social, where you will navigate account and relationship management intricacies across a spectrum of internal and external partners. Through your adept handling of campaign setup, audience creation, and collaborative partnerships, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful and successful social media campaigns, solidifying the organization's global presence and resonance within the digital landscape.

General Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to handle campaign setup effectively from inception to completion, ensuring all necessary information is acquired and campaigns are set up accurately.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure campaign setups meet quality standards and are accurate before deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with Paid Social Media associates for account management, fostering relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools to effectively run campaigns and audiences across various channels.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate preview links are sent for approval by marketers before campaign launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, specifically collaborating with Paid Social Media Account Manager and the Global Head of Paid Social for seamless account and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing real-time dashboards for campaign reporting
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation to track campaign performance effectively Experience in handling billing processes, including Purchase Order (PO) setup and invoice management
  • Familiarity with financial platforms like Coupa for invoice upload, approval, and payment tracking
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
  • Ability to collaborate optimally with team members, particularly the Paid Social Account Manager
  • Diligent approach to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and reporting
  • Strong communication skills to share insights and updates with marketers and listed clients
  • Time management abilities to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements These qualifications encompass a blend of technical skills, communication abilities, strategic thinking, and collaboration expertise essential for success in roles involving campaign setup and social media management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Very savvy user of essential social media platforms and their respective ad/campaign manager tools (Twitter, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, TikTok, Reddit)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, great teammate with strong interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • A grasp of Paid Social marketing and metrics driven (performance) marketing
  • Strong analytical ability with a strong understanding of and experience with A/B testing creative assets and different bidding strategies
  • Experience using Sprinklr (or a similar Social Media Management platform) to build audiences, campaigns and dashboards Experience within a media/social agency, working on social campaigns specifically
