ROLE SUMMARY
As a function in the Global Commercial Analytics organization within Pfizer, Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) plays a critical role to enable Pfizer’s commercial brand strategy. This team functions as internal consultants and brand strategists that partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders, activating data driven problem solving in a way that the business can execute to drive impact and unlock value.
The Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) Therapeutic Area (TA) Lead is accountable for the delivery of high quality and impactful strategic business decision support to business leaders in International Commercial Office. This person will lead performance measurement, inform investment decisions, and guide inline and launch strategies for priority brands/portfolios. The role serves as the primary relationship manager to the International Commercial Office Country.
The Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) TA Lead is accountable for the design and execution of analytics and insights plans and delivering actionable insights that result in direct business impact. This person must be a deep TA expert, capable business analyst, agile project manager, and proactive thought partner.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Commercial Office and Business Transformation IIS Lead, the IIS TA Lead will serve as the analytics expert to leaders in International Commercial Office. Key accountabilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
