Workplace Arrangements: Applicants can expect to be on the road/in stores 3-4 days a week (7am-4pm), with frequent travel and overnight stay. Additionally, applicants can expect to work 1-2 days from home (8am-5pm).

Purpose: Ensure operational excellence and implementation of new processes in stores that ultimately leads to improve shrink and efficiencies. 

What You'll be Doing:

  • Support the implementation of new initiatives to ensure successful store deployment. 

  • Gathers feedback from various stakeholders related to policies and procedures in the GT system.

  • Serves as a trusted partner to various business units (Stores, Home Office, and GTW) acting as the Subject Matter Expert for routine operational processes.

  • Ensures that store owners, managers, and in-store operational roles receive the necessary training to support effective operations.

  • Provides tier one support to enhance operational efficiency, helping to maximize store profitability and identify opportunities to reduce shrink.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum High School Diploma

  • Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently

  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills

  • Ability to communicate virtually on a regular basis, and participate in calls via MS Teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills ​

Assets You May Have:

  • Bilingual (English & French)

Travel Requirements:

  • Frequent overnight travel required to assist and support the training and development of store personnel.
