Job Description

About The Role

This is a 12-month parental leave contract role.

Reporting to the Merchandise Operations Manager, you will manage, monitor, and maintain pricing in relevant systems to ensure timely and accurate ticket pricing across all channels as well as maximise delivered sales by ensuring the timely delivery of products of customers and store orders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and follow through customer and store orders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the end to end cycle of customer purchase orders
  • Update, load and configure pricing in time for all channels to meet business and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure the accuracy of pricing by undertaking routine checks as part of the change process
  • Review market advertising print media and recommend price changes where competitor pricing beats current in-store or online ticket price
  • Provide administration and coordination support and act as key point of contact for category teams/marketing/merchandise operation/store operation and stores regarding competition pricing and product changes including commission tier maintenance
  • Ad hoc reporting to support Merchandise Operation Manager on project requirements.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient experience across Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word essential
  • Very organised and action oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/stakeholders at once
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Customer mindset in all that you do
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and category development
  • Marketing Graduate desirable
  • Project management skills ideal
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances
