As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive our brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies. This role requires a proven marketing leader with deep expertise in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, and hospitality technology.

Position Overview

As CMO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a data-driven marketing strategy that fuels customer acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion. You will lead a high-performance marketing team, develop strategic partnerships, and optimize marketing ROI through multi-channel campaigns, digital growth initiatives, and analytics-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a track record of scaling B2B SaaS brands, a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry, and the ability to drive revenue through customer engagement, partnerships, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that differentiates our platform in the hospitality technology space.
  • Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling to drive market recognition and customer trust.
  • Lead company-wide rebranding efforts to enhance market presence and increase brand awareness.

Customer Acquisition & Growth Marketing

  • Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to increase lead flow and drive customer conversions.
  • Optimize SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategies to boost inbound marketing performance.
  • Implement data-driven performance marketing tactics, improving customer LTV and reducing CAC.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive expansion into new restaurant verticals and regional markets.
  • Build customer acquisition and retention models, driving sustainable revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with industry influencers, technology partners, and restaurant groups to extend market reach.

Product Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Align marketing strategies with product innovation and customer success teams to improve feature adoption and retention.
  • Develop customer loyalty and referral programs that increase engagement and maximize retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, refining messaging to address restaurant pain points and opportunities.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
  • Implement marketing automation tools, CRM optimizations, and analytics dashboards to enhance marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on hospitality, restaurant tech, or digital solutions.
  • Proven track record in scaling marketing teams and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant industry trends, buyer behaviors, and hospitality technology.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and performance tracking metrics.
  • MBA or relevant business/marketing degree preferred.
  • Google Analytics Certification, CDMP (Certified Digital Marketing Professional), or similar credentials are a plus.
