We are seeking a Ui Path Automation Business Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This position will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, but will need to be flexible to accommodate multiple time zones.
The Ui Path Automation Business Analyst will assist the business in developing automated processes for manual and repetitive activities, and to support the business by ensuring production processes are running correctly, timely and effectively. The Analyst will report to the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Manager whose role is to provide business process solutions using various tools such as automation software.
The candidate will participate in secure software development lifecycle (Process Selection, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance) of scalable process automation solutions using UI Path frameworks and tools. Gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and requirements. Assist with development of specifications to design and document automated workflow solutions. Utilize Ui Path tools to deliver reusable automation components. Assist with solution deployment, and establish monitoring to maintain Bot performance, measure utilization, and identify issues. The candidate will work closely with our UiPath software developers and contracted service providers, as well as internally with cross functional Business and IT teams. Should be motivated to learn multiple systems as required to understand data and technical flows from UiPath orchestrator to AFL internal systems. Strong discipline and problem-solving skills with aptitude to troubleshoot technical issues and drive to resolution. Patience and tactfulness to collaborate with customers that are experiencing problems and maybe upset or in stressful situations with emphasis on simplifying and enhancing customer experience is key.

Use knowledge of best practices and functional expertise to drive change in the organization through technology and business process alignment.
Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations.
Monitor Bots post-deployment and proactively work with developer and business teams to seek fix solutions.
Maintain and update functional and technical documentation.
Open to learning new automation and technical tools as opportunities arise.
Recommend continual improvements for RPA solutions.
Ensure RPA solutions are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and data security requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath advancements and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Develop and maintain a strong, proactive relationship with internal customers and IT teams to deliver fact-based decision making and actionable solutions.
Work with and support personnel at all levels of the organization.
Be a business Automation resource for solutions and trouble-shooting issues.
Demonstrate exceptional communication (written and oral), change leadership, and customer service characteristics.
Possess ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and deliverables.
Must have passion and a sense of urgency.
Minimal travel may be required.
Collaborate with internal customers to identify needs and opportunities for improved business processes.
Design and implement RPA solutions for business processes.
Help with solution delivery through disciplined and consistent use of project management phases: requirements gathering, prioritization, understanding business processes and data, tool selection, solution design and build, validation/testing, documentation, deployment, and stabilization.
Participate in communication with individual functions; ensuring that all are fully aligned, engaged and accountable for a successful solution delivery.
Create and update issues in service ticketing, either JIRA or ServiceNow systems.
Take ownership of assigned tickets and follow-up through to resolution.
Self-learning product knowledge to become an in-house technical expert.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management with 2+ years of related experience.
