Job description

Who We Are

Headquartered in Oregon, Foureyes® is a remote-first company with 90+ employees in 16 states. We are privately owned and focused on the automotive vertical.

We believe human intellect paired with data-driven AI is the winning combination. It always has been. And we're on a mission to bring that winning combination to automotive dealerships with easy-to-love software. With every innovation, we seek to put humans back in the starring role.

If this sounds like the kind of company you want to be a part of, there’s good news. We’re opening a new role for our first Product Marketing Manager.

The Position

The Product Marketing Manager is a new role at Foureyes, and we are looking for someone excited to build this function and prove its value.

At a high level, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and articulating the value Foureyes offers and translating them into marketing and sales messaging
  • Tracking our competitors and determining how we win against each of them
  • Understanding our buyers and users, their day-to-days as well as their dreams
  • Developing strategies to drive adoption outside our application

You’ll take the knowledge you gather and turn it into practical assets, stories, and training materials to ultimately help Foureyes improve customer demand, engagement, and retention.

Collaboration will be key to your success. You’ll be partnering with product strategy, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive teams, but will sit in an independent department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building: Regardless of the project intent, you’ll spend a lot of your days building (as in writing, designing, and strategizing things yourself). You’ll make assets from presentation decks to battle cards, product tours to talk tracks, launch plans to customer-facing materials
  • Competitive landscape: You’ll understand competitors at a big-picture and feature level, track changes over time, maintain a library of assets, and translate findings into business-winning insights
  • Audience insights: You’ll empathize and understand our customers deeply. Regardless of the goal, you’ll keep the customer perspective top of mind
  • Product launch support: You’ll help frame our new features, reframe existing offerings to tell a consistent, current story, train internal teams to adoption, and be a key player of successful launches
  • Sales channel enablement: You’ll identify and articulate the needs of our front-line teams, identify thematic needs, and ensure they have the materials required to successfully sell and service customers
  • Adoption support: You’ll frame up solutions, tools, and assets outside of the Foureyes application to drive customer adoption and delight

Essential traits

  • Curiosity
  • Ability to make the complex simple
  • Initiative
  • Change agility
  • Desire to collaborate and support
  • Ability to execute independently
  • Positive perspective

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or product management
  • Retail automotive experience a plus

Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states. AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KY, MA, MI, MD, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, and WA

Salary Range: $110,000 - $155,000

Why Foureyes?

  • Competitive salary and health benefits for eligible full time employees
  • Additional benefits including 401k matching, student loan repayment matching, and a subsidy for internet or cell phone
  • Generous PTO days, in addition to paid holidays that incorporate two days to honor and celebrate your heritage, culture, or traditions that matter most to you-- just tell us when
  • A company actively working to dismantle bias in our hiring practices, foster cultural inclusivity, and continuously examine policies and practices to ensure equity. We recognize and believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion constantly make us better
  • A fast-paced, team-driven culture that helps you grow your career with learning opportunities, autonomy and ownership, and chances to succeed (or fail-- hey, we’ve all learned through failure)

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At Foureyes, we believe your ability to build, think creatively, and solve problems is best accessed when you have the freedom to be yourself. Inclusion is not a nice-to-have; it is a must-have. The bedrock of an inclusive culture is our ability to celebrate and harness the unique perspectives our diversity provides in the building process. While an org structure exists to provide clarity around how ideas get communicated, we are all equal as coworkers, and we are committed to careful and continued introspection around how to best be an equitable, fair, and inclusive workplace that celebrates you for being you.

Equal Opportunity

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Foureyes is dedicated to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace, which includes unbiased recruiting, hiring, and employment practices. Applicants and employees are treated with respect, and provided opportunities – free of discrimination of race, creed, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital or parenting status.
