Role Overview

As a Volunteer and Alumni Manager at NavGurukul, you’ll be the bridge between our alumni and NavGurukul. This role isn’t just about following a set of tasks; it's about building new ideas, forging strong relationships, and making a real difference in the lives of our alumni. You'll lead initiatives that help our alumni stay engaged, learn, grow, and excel in their careers!

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with our alumni by engaging with them regularly, understanding their career journeys, and identifying ways to support them in their professional and personal growth.
- Create innovative engagement strategies that go beyond traditional networking events and foster a true sense of community among alumni.
- Design and implement programs that provide continuous learning, growth, and career opportunities for alumni, helping them navigate the complexities of their professional journeys.
- Lead new initiatives aimed at alumni career development, mentorship opportunities, and community-building activities.
- Support the alumni’s professional growth by facilitating knowledge-sharing platforms, workshops, and collaborative learning opportunities.
- Encourage alumni to give back to the community by mentoring, volunteering, or offering financial support.
- Set up and manage a fund led by alumni to help with emergencies or provide support to alumni and students in need.
- Work with alumni to find ways they can actively help and inspire future students.

Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on your experience. If you bring additional skills or experience that align well with the role, the pay could go up to ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month. We want to make sure that your salary feels comfortable, fair, and reflects your hard work and dedication.
