Our client is an international Swiss high tech company leader in his industry. Proposing SaaS solutions for the Security market, they offer innovative answers to their B to B market addressing several customer segments (IT company, Telco, Smart cities, international retailer, …) .

To pursue their international growth and consolidate each of their market segment, we are looking for their:


International Sales and Channel Manager – SaaS Security Services


This role is Europe-based close to an international airport (ideally in Switzerland) and may involve regular travel within the region.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven International Sales & Channel Manager to lead sales efforts across Europe for cutting-edge SaaS security solutions. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships with clients in IT, telecommunications, retail, transport, smart cities and others embedding services into their offerings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing deals with key partners. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role demands a high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and customer-centricity.


Key Responsibilities


Prospect and Identify Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential partners/clients across all targeted segments
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and partnerships.


Full Sales Cycle Management:

  • Lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Develop tailored proposals and value-driven pitches to secure long-term partnerships.


Partnership Development:

  • Work with partners to integrate our SaaS security solutions into their service portfolios.
  • Drive alignment on go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize revenue growth.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Share insights with internal teams to improve product offerings and strategies.


Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for clients.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to the CEO on sales activities and outcomes.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Experience:

  • Proven track record in international sales, ideally in SaaS, security services, or a related field.
  • Experience working with clients from IT, telco, retail, transport and/or smart cities clients at an international level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.


Skills:

  • Exceptional prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms.
  • Customer-oriented with a knack for identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Fluent in English. French or German as a second fluent language
